Avocado Smoothie - Sinh Tố Bơ

Do you love avocados? Then this easy-to-make smoothie will satisfy your cravings and will save you $5 at the Vietnamese restaurant next time. All you need is a blender, a ripe avocado, and the few basic ingredients listed below.

  • 1 medium Hass avocado
  • 1/3 cup condensed milk
    • or, 2 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 cup crushed ice


  1. Add the milk and crushed ice to blender.
  2. Slice the avocado in half and discard its seed. Scoop out avocado and place into blender.
  3. Choose to use either condensed milk or sugar to sweeten, then add to blender. (Condensed milk follows the traditional recipe for Sinh Tố Bơ.)
